Had an issue with a toilet not working. Called mid-afternoon on a Monday. Andrew and Brandon showed up within a couple of hours. Diagnosed the issue as a backed up septic tank that needed to be pumped (in our area of poorly perking soil, a common problem). They called the pump truck, had it there within minutes, and a short while later our problem was solved! Great experience with Robbie to the Rescue!
Called on a Saturday morning- stood in our yard for 10 minutes charged us $200 and did no work. The work was moved to Monday but after $200 charge for doing nothing, we cancelled the scheduled services. No thanks Robbing Robbie to the Rescue.
